REFUND POLICY

Overview

Our refund and returns policy complies with European Union consumer protection law. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving their goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear written statement addressed to 32.Juli UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Prahlstraße 12, 22765 Hamburg, Germany, or by email at mail@32juli.com. You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but this is not mandatory.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery. Products that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, perfumes in full-size bottles, perfume samples, discovery sets, and any opened or unsealed fragrance products. Gift cards are also non-returnable, except where legally required, as are any opened or unsealed products of any kind.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and processing may take up to 14 days. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law. Products returned in a used, opened, or unsealed condition cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary, and contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail@32juli.com.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at mail@32juli.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange free return shipping and provide either a replacement or a refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item has been received and approved. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to 32.Juli UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Prahlstraße 12, 22765 Hamburg, Germany. Return shipping costs are covered by us only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law, and customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of non-tracked returns.

International Returns

Customers outside the European Union may not have statutory withdrawal rights. We accept returns of unopened and sealed products within 14 days, subject to the same conditions outlined above. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
