Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with

We sell:

– Natural fine fragrances (full-size)
– Perfume samples and discovery sets
– Digital or physical gift cards

All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, scent profile, or appearance due to the nature of natural materials.

Prices & Payment

All prices include the legally applicable VAT.

Accepted payment methods include:

– PayPal
– Credit and debit cards
– Klarna (e.g. Sofort, Pay Later)
– Apple Pay / Google Pay

Available payment options are displayed during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing time
Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Shipping carriers
We ship exclusively with:

– DHL
– Hermes
– FedEx

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier.

Delivery times

– Europe: 3–10 business days
– Worldwide: 10–25 business days

Delays caused by customs or international logistics are outside our control.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the goods.

Exclusion for opened perfume products
Perfumes and samples are sealed hygiene products. Once opened or unsealed, they cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (§312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).

Returns of unopened products
Only unopened and sealed products may be returned within the withdrawal period.

Return shipping costs

– For defective or incorrect products: return shipping is covered by us
– For all other returns: return shipping is paid by the customer

Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at

We will arrange free return shipping and offer either a replacement or a refund.

Warranty

Consumers (B2C)
The statutory warranty period is 2 years.

Business customers (B2B)
The warranty period is 1 year.

Resale Restriction

Our products are intended for personal use only.
Commercial resale without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Allergy, Sensitivity & Pregnancy Disclaimer

Our fragrances contain natural essential oils and botanical extracts.

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that:

– Allergic reactions are possible even with natural ingredients
– Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their own sensitivities
– A patch test on a small skin area is strongly recommended before full use
– Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or those with medical conditions, should consult a physician before use

We are not liable for allergic or adverse reactions unless caused by proven product defects or gross negligence.

Gift Cards

Gift cards:

– Are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
– Are not redeemable for cash
– Can only be used for products offered by 32.Juli UG
– May be transferred to another person
– Refunds for purchases made with gift cards are issued as store credit

Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, texts, graphics, packaging designs, logo, and brand identity are the exclusive property of 32.Juli UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Any copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

Liability

Liability is governed by German law and limited as follows:

– No liability for slight negligence except for essential contractual obligations
– No liability for indirect or consequential damages
– No liability for external links

These limitations do not apply to injury to life, body, or health.

Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
